Rain should close down - worst service ever - do not deal with this company

Attention Rain Support Management

I have cancelled the contract as I placed an order on the 10th of October to and was promised the router would be delivered in 3 working days.

It`s now the 21st of October and still no delivery of the router.

Every time I call the staff are so rude and put the phone down when I enquire about the router.

Or they are patronizing and refuse to assist.

This is unacceptable and if this is the service you get before you have the contract what will the service be like when you need assistance.

Please take this up with senior management in order to train your staff in customer service.

Rain was a good company and used to give great service.

I was recommended Rain through a friend who was very happy with Rain.

I will now let everyone know that Rain is not to be dealt with as they do not care about their clients.
