RAIN - Shockingly bad product and even worse customer service!!

It seems my review of Rain on Hello Peter was misplaced somewhere else here .... I will do another one here.

Two days now after lodging my query at Rain's customer support, still no response! My internet speed 98% of the time 0.05 kb/s. I have optimized my device several different ways the past week. The last 2 days, I have literally done EVERYTHING possible. Out of desperation I even held my router up in the air outside in an open space at home, STILL THE SAME!!!

I switched to Rain themselves because my previous service provider provided me with a rain package a few years ago. It was great in the beginning, but gone from bad to worse. I blamed my service provider (Afrihost ... I apologise guys), actually now I have experienced first hand that the problem is RAIN!

It appears as if Rain really do not get to the point of their problem which is LATENCY and CONGESTION. Why can other ISP's like MTN and Vodacom fix this problem very quickly and RAIN can't??

My recommendation to everybody with RAIN? CHANGE YOUR ISP!!!!! Their absolute horrible customer service and sub-zero products does not deserve the light of day!
