Rain Shedding load shedding

I have had rain 5g for about 10 months and even with loadshedding the 5g would work (i have an inverter so can plug in my router) the last 2 weeks with these hectic loadshedding schedules as soon as the power goes off so does rain - absolutely pathetic service and they want me to upgrade the service - not happening - i am looking at cancelling rather get someone that can provide the service im paying for
