Rain shedding

Now that we don't have load shedding anymore, there is nothing to compere rain with, do we need a minister of rain network for your network to actually work? There has got to be somewhere we can report this, we are being ****** blind here, every evening around the same time, we watch nothing but bufferings, or maybe thats what we are paying for? and the worst thing is, we are being held hostage by you according to all the cancelations complaints. Whats funny is, you are aware of this issue and yet you keep taking our money and not provide service for it.
