Rain SERVICES SHOULD BE BANNED

I wish I could give a zero today my money was taken yet services are not working tried calling and emailing them with no response rain doesn't help at all they just don't care, the other day I was showing how frustrated no was waited over 2 weeks before getting assistance for a new simcard and ODETTE MILLER customer service agent sent me a very disturbing email very rude I must say rain doesn't value their customers we pay you not giving us the services for free !!!
