Rain services not rendered

I have spoken to one of the managers of Rain waiting longer than 24 hours for the accounting department the manager who is on duty does not take our calls, and the support department refused to put you through to the billing team and account department they do not render the service as they promise and they give false promotion to clients and if your billing date is on the 1st of each month they cut your line on the 26th of every month and try to debit on the 25 of each month
