RAIN SERVICES IS EXTREMELY POOR!!!

I would never recommend rain network provider to anyone in the world. If you are looking to buy yourself or family a 5G Wifi or sim cards, NEVER USE RAIN. It will rain problems in your life!!

I have been having problems with rain as i was using their 5G WIFI ROUTER, I requested help, no one helped. I called on the 3rd of February 2024 to cancel my account, an agent told me that they can only cancel at the end of February and they will cancel my account then and they will deduct money from my account for the last time in March. Guess what, up until today they are still deducting R529 per month from my account. I have since unplugged the Rain 5G wifi router since 3rd February when i called to have my subscription or account cancelled. Never used it again.

When i call Rain to solve this problem, it first takes more than 30 minutes for my call to be answered. When my call is then answered, the agents insists that i have cancelled my rain account on the 3rd of March 2024, which means they will still deduct money from me in April 2024. I asked them to go listen to calls i have made to them when i was cancelling since they record our calls, unfortunately no one at RAIN is interested in that. Rain agents are frustrating believe me. Currently i have paid for March 2024, while i was not using rain wifi and while Rain agent told me that they cancelled my account.

I called them again to enquire about my April refund, the agents just asked me to hold for two minutes, then left me holding for an hour. This may sound untrue, but its true unfortunately. i was shocked too. Sometimes while on the phone with this agents, they will just mute you and not hang up. Eventually as a customer you will hang up and call again and it will be answered by a new agent who you then have to re explain your problems again to, who in turn ends up not assisting you with anything. I have experienced this a lot. its not network problems, they just mute a customer to end up being frustrated and hanging up so that you may give up or call and deal with another agent.

If you are unsure whether to buy Rain products or services, my advice is STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS *******.
