Rain services are terrible!!!!!

It seems that this is the only way I get help from rain when I write a bad review here.

So after my last review, rain sent out technicians to install a new outside-bound router. Their technicians came that we were so great and very friendly, but they told me there was no signal range and they didn't want to waste my time. So after being deceived into thinking Rain could provide me with a service I called them the same day and asked them to cancel my Rain and refund me. They said they would do so right away. I called on Wednesday to make sure my cancellation has been processed and that I will revive my refund, only to be told it had not been requested!!!!!!!! 5 days after canceling. Now I am at 10 days of dealing with rain not helping me!

So today I got a call from their courier services saying they are on their way to pick up one router and drop off another!!!!!! I am fed up with this! Cancel my order and refund me. I am done with your poor services!!!!!!
