Rain services and support are really bad!!

VERY VERY BAD!!! if i could , i would have ratted no stars!! no help from customer support... I'm paying for the best 5G packet they have to give but i don't even get the cheapest ones download/upload speed. I've been struggling now more than a month with this and with Rain for support but nothing is happening. i used to get 400Mb and up but now its just bad , getting between 300kb up to 4Mb i can't even load up any page properly
