Rain services

The service really suck at this service provider... I had bad experiences with MTN and decided to move to rain. I cancelled my subscription end of April but I was billed for May and paid and billed for June and paid however my simcard is deactivated. So how the **** do you pay for services that you don't get😠😠😠😠😠😠😠 I want my refund.
