Rain service - terrible

Rain is really bad. Sent a mail regarding service in my area, got no response, sent a mail regarding 5g, got no response, eventually bought a sim card and rica'd online, basically forced to take a uncapped option on their website in order just to test the simcard only to find out i get 3 - 4 bars signal with less than 100kbs download speed when the advert of their uncapped says up to 10mb/s and i understand up to 10mb, but getting 1 and below? Pretty terrible.
