rain service support is of no service!!!!!!

The service support at 'rain' up to **** - for the 2nd day already I need someone to get hold of me, as you are only able to send email messages to 'rain' support. It takes someone forever to send you a response, to which they do not resolve the issue, they simply refer it, their assistance is the worst I have ever come across - my money obviously deducted straight away, yet I have not been able to make use for any of their service which I have paid for yet! This is ********** and absurd! To start off with, all I need assistance with is to rica a sim card, and THEIR system is not allowing this. They don't offer any other alternative like me sending my rica documentation to them in an email, NO I am referred? To whom, I am still waiting on finding out! I am at my widths end and at this point I just feel like I want my money back and want to forget about ever signing up for this, but who the do I contact wanting a refund and will this take just as long?!!
