Rain service sucks

Rain internet is great but their call centre terrible. Called in because I purchased minutes for my sim 1 and it is not reflecting. They want to escalate it to billing. This is totally unacceptable. When I buy Vodacom I get my minutes within seconds.

I then wanted to cancel the sim one and sim two and was told you cant cancel part of the package. *** ???? You cannot keep people locked into a contract that does not work for them? I want the 5G but I dont want the normal sims anymore as it is useless
