Rain service sucks.

Connected my rain simcard this morning and bought a uncapped bundle. The internet is so slow and sometimes its not working. According to the map they provide my coverage is good but never had such bad reception with other service provider's. The tower is not far from me but its pings from a tower thats double the distance from me. Logged a call on their site and nothing yet. If the reception dont pick up i want my money back.
