Rain - Service suck

So frustrated. I have been trying to cancel my subscription with rain for. Have logged cancellation on the app 3 times, have phoned call centre on which they say cannot cancel but it will be escalated. Sent about 10 or more emails. Still not cancelled this is more than a moth later now.
