rain service seriously sucks

Rain is the worst, their sales people lie with a straight face. I was told this was pay upfront for the service and if you don't pay you don't get service and I can cancel anytime I want. I paid and I still didn't get service, only to be told payments "Oops sorry about that but you owe us for the two months you we not with us"
