Rain Service Really Sucks

Rain customer support is ********* and doesn't respond. I have been experiencing slow 5G speeds with Rain since August. I logged a call via email and eventually received a response, they gave me some arbitrary tasks to do which didn't fix the problem. Then it seems they closed the call without actually having confirmed with me that the problem was resolved. I have been sending numerous follow up mails over the last few weeks with no response.

They really do not care about the customer and the problem still persists today.
