Rain Service Providers

Guys please do not Rain, this is the most pathetic Service Provider you can get! I sued the 3g package which worked great, upgraded to uncapped 4g, it did not work from the start, after several emails from my email and the support system on my platform, no results, I paid these people the R479 pm, package deal, Up till now they told me I havent paid them ! whereas I cancelled this at any rate. Rain owe me money but all they can say is you havent paid, I send them 70 plus emails with no joy ! They are with one word Pathetic!!! I am tired of sending my bankstatement to them !
