Rain service provider uselessness

I subscribed to Rain 5G first week of lockdown, delivery was quick. Router has not worked since received, trying to get assistance from Rain with no luck. Have since phoned, emailed non stop with no response from them. They are really taking people for a ride. I have also tried to cancel which has proven to be difficult. Am at my width ends as this was supposed to help with my work.
