Rain! Service provider! *****s people's money!

This service is so disgusting, I have emails and tried calling yet no feedback. I will publish Rain on every social media and report this to the news paper as well. I want my money. I don't care what happens but I want a refund. You guys are fast to take the money from my account but no sense of urgency for giving feedback. I am totally and truly disgusted in this service provider. My contract was canceled in February, last debit was end of March. Then another debit end of April and next date to debit is end of May what nonsense. This company is a ****. Total waste. I haven't used this rain sim since last year December and they still so greedy to take people's money.
