Rain Service provider poor service!!

Once again, the service I have received from Rain is underwhelming. Since I received my router, my signal has been as low as 5.44Mbps regularly and I drop important international meetings on Teams etc. When I signed up for the service i was promised: unlimited home 5G premium Ultra fast 5G download speeds Full HD video streaming Multiple HD streams Unlimited home wifi

I have in effect, not received any of this and still been charged full price. I submitted a cancellation and a request to the billing department to contact me. Surprise like before, after submitting my request for someone to contact me last week, no-one has contacted me. To add to that I am expected to pay full price for next month when I want immediate cancellation as a result of poor performance. Very disappointed in the service I have received from Rain, very poor!!
