RAIN SERVICE PROVIDER: IS ANYONE OUT THERE?????
Hi There, i have taken out 2 Rain sims for 4G uncapped, since activating sim i haven't been able to pick up any network in the passed week or so that i have had it. I tried getting online chat support but the link doesn't work. I did log a ticket but i'm getting impatient because i logged a ticket 3 weeks ago for some info and they havent gotten back to me yet so i doubt the ticket i logged would be rep**** to. This type of service is actually pathetic, there's no one on the other end to help. Can someone assist please.
