Rain Service provider

Dont even want to rate service. Internet tower has been down since Monday 16/01/23. Called in on Tuesday to check what issue was. On Wednesday 17/01/2023 i received sms from Rain confirming techs are working on the problem. Thursday 18/01/2023 i called again and was told the problem has been escalated for the first time to Techs. Friday a tech semd an email we are working on the problem. Saturday 21/1/22 sms informing me batteries has been ******. Its Monday 23/1/2023 and still no internet. I called and the person who assisted me cant tell me what is going on. Only that the tower is down. Im sooo fed up. I cancelled my subscription as well. They are the first to collect their debit order but every month there is some sort of issue. Worst service provider ever!
