Rain service provider customer support needs attention
Support is absolutely shocking, unlike their efficient sales dept...makes you think! I needed help with a blocked IP address and wrote to them for guidance. This is their response : " Muhammad Tobin (rain CeC) Oct 13, 2021, 15:52 GMT+2 Good day Ruth, Trust that you are well. Please be advised that IT support is required. Thank you," Do I have to employ someone when I am perfectly capable of receiving instructions? I managed to do it by resetting my modem. Totally inefficient 'IT' department.
