Rain service provider are ****s

I cancelled my service from rain due to the bad network so yeah they switch of my network and yet these guys still deducted my money on the 25th of March and again on the 1st April I've logged a complain every day to get my money back and yet there's no response these are a bunch of ****s who rob people from they hard earned money. And now I have to change banks cause they keep taking my money out of my bank account and won't even provide me with a service.
