Rain service provider

The service is so bad and the agents don't know how to talk with clients the are skelim my wifi was off due to buffing so I did not use is and my payment was R 1549 in January but February is R1969rand I am not gonna pay it because I did not use my wifi

That is what you guys always say but never comes back the last time I did ask to change my payment date and you did not do it so please sort out my service before I maak payment a NB I don't get paid on the 25th but on the lastday of the month your agents is not being helpful with we we as clients

I am not gonna pay I didnot use the wifi it was off due to buffing so refund me then I'll pay it your service is bad I will not show anyone to use Rain u skelim.so if you can not refund me for not using the service due buffing then I am not gonna pay
