Rain service provider absolutely the worst

Worst customer care/service l ever experienced. For the past month and a half l have been trying to get 5g up and going. No luck. Logged 3calls no response from rain. Tried to phone their number - closed due to lock down. Really can you contract the virus via telephone??????? Useless!!!!!Quick to take money every month just have to pay and pay for something l have not even used for a minute. Never never use Rain just strealing money from people. Ripoff!!!!!!!
