Rain service provider

Rain took 2X our monthly agreed amount, when I call I get a rude assistant who doesn't want to let me speak but wants me to hear him out through out that call. On January my router wasn't working for almost a month I then called them to let them know that I won't pay them coz the router wasn't working and they kept on saying they will send maintenance guy since well my cables ain't fully operating OK cool.. I told the service provider that they mustn't take money then the lady agreed. Now they took 2x the money and when I called I get a male assistant whose very rude and wants me to just hear him telling me that they won't refund me back my money.
