Rain service provider

I think that I am not the first one with problems with Rain. I had non stop problems with them witch forced me to go to another service provider. I made sure that I don't have money in my account just because they keep on trying to take money and then I have to pay the bank penalties. I have put some money in for my medical aid. And here comes rain and take 3 payments at once. I phoned and canceled I e mailed and on the app but according to them they can't see it. They have put me on hold because I want to speak to a supervisor and got cut of. The lady on the phone said I am in arrears and a refund will take up to 7 to 10 working days.. I feel that is bull.... I will not recomend Rain at all.

There is nothing pending at my bank. Today is the 19th day and still no refund... Please double check your side please. It cannot take this long and it's making me upset. I will take it further up... This is nonsense

I just got of the phone with my bank. I am really furious. An amount of R124 was credited to my account. What a freaking joke. Your were suppose to credit my account with R1122. 75. I also nee a letter of cancelation for the bank. This is nonsense. The R124. 00 was the 53 unpaids that was taking was only the cost of the unpaids. So you took money from my account almost everyday and I am still waiting on the 2 credits you primised. If that money is not in my account by the end of the day I will lock a new complaint on Hello Peter and take it to the highest person working with this. Unexcepted. I am furious... Sort it out please and thank you

The service was more off than on and I want my 1122.75 back immediately. Jan en Feb was paid and you made bladdy sure of it. You said that the 2 payments will be refunded and I am waiting for it. I don't want any more excuses just refund me the 2 payments.. It's redicules. We are in July an now all of a sudden it fir Kan and Feb. That's utterly nonsense. You leave me no more choices but to take it further. I am sick and tired of all the excuses. Go back to the previous messages and see we you said I will be refunded on the 2 payments

What do you not understand. you can see that nothing was used. So lets just stop cat and mouse game and refund me. I am going to upload all my statements and all the conversations we had on a New Hello Peter to take it more further

Good day. After our last conversation I am still waiting an answer. I am deeply disappointed in the service. All I ask is for my money back where you did not have permit ion to take it. What are you going to do to resolve this matter.
