Rain service provide is TRASH,Do not waste your money with them.

If I could I'd give Rain 0 stars ,Rain is a worst service provider....I have been using the rain service without skipping a single month.My monthly payment was R479.

I paid rain probably for all month.Recently when I tried to pay for March month my account said I owe R804.i contacted rain and they said it's because i owe February and March.i send Craig proof that I paid for February long ago he requested this screenshot of proof of payment(payment history) which i did send.He then disappeared and stop responding to my messages.

On an email a lady called Mampho Makama said the other amount is Pro rata. I ask her what pro rata if I have been using rain for 6 months and paid in full when I start using the service.Since a pro rata is a fee you pay upfront to be covered for the remaining days for a service.

She also disappeared and never came back.As a results I do not have internet which affectml my business BIG TIME. I tried contacted them but they keep running around without proper explanation as to why my account says i should pay R804 and not my normal R479.

Rain Network is trash dont waste your money on this network.They do not care about their customers and do not see the importance of how their lack of transparency on their internet connection can affect their customer.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS SERVICE,IT IS TRASH.
