Rain service problematic!!!!

I have just returned from my beach house where I use Rain on a pay as you go basis. This is the ideal solution for me as I only go there a few times a year. I eventually reverted to my Mobile phone data as the rain Wifi did not work. Had a similar experience the last time I was there yet I received a deduction from my account on 31.12.22. The 24 hour help line was useless as it told me to dial 140? I tried calling this morning again where I was told to hang on for a consultant, 20 minutes later I gave up.
