Rain Service Pathetic

Placed an order with rain and then they could not deliver as i could not locate my ID, they cancelled the sim card and said that they would refund me the money they took for the router. On the 1st of April they advised that they will log a call with their billing department, up until now the billing department has not acknowledged the ticket meaning the refund has not yet been processed. Everytime I phone they say they will escalate and I should have feedback within 2 to 24hrs, no response has been received and it has been escalated more than 2 times. This is ridiculous, they take the money instantly but when they have to refund you they can not do same! Ask to speak to a team leader and they also seem to be non-existent!
