Rain service - not value for money

This past few weeks the Rain service has been terrible, as a consumer I am paying for unlimited data sim per month to the value of R479 as I currently work from home due to the Covid pandemic we faced, Rain internet has constant issues, downloading speeds are ridiculously slow and the network goes down every 3 hours where I cannot even receive a simple whatsapp message unless I restart my cell phone device .
