Rain service is terrible and they are also exploiting the hellopeter system

I am posting this again as Rain still has not contacted me and is exploiting this site by responding quickly with a copy and paste comment and then they ignore the issue thereafter and do not solve or attempt to solve the issue.

Hellopeter and Rain subscribers please take note of this behavior

Rain service and responses on Hellopeter also sucks - Yeaolen quickly responded to my query and said they were sorry and that someone would contact me. This was on 13 October ans since then, even after i confirmed every day that i have not been contacted, they remain silent and unresponsive.

I think they quickly respond to make their response ratings on Hellopeter look good but then they do ******all after that so it is only lip service. I hope Hellopeter picks this up.

Yeoline, your service too is in line with Rain service and truly disappoints.
