RAIN SERVICE IS TERRIBLE

I do not know what kind of service this is... Your agents are *****... I've been waiting for services to be activated since Friday.... and you keep opening up cases that you can't solve... I spoke to a lady her name is Khaya she told me she's escalating to the billing department and should receive a call or email from them within 2-24hrs.. I haven't received anything, my services are still not working... Ref no. ***8... What's the point of calling you people if you cannot assist??

First time experiencing such poor service from Rain, normally I'd brag about your service but now!!!!! this is unacceptable
