Rain Service is really bad

Spend 2hours on the phone, without any help. The team leader from Rain says that the Courier company can deliver my device without my original ID document.When the Courier company phoned Rain to Confirm, the person i spoke to just disappeared .Then Rain said after almost 2hours on the phone,they cannot help.You hold on for a long time.So I canceled .Wasted 2 hours of my time and money,and the courier drivers time.
