Rain Service is pathetic
Very easy to sign up, continous calls and follow up. However, when you have a problem, the service and support is non existent. I've logged 3 support requests, without any response...pathetic service...

How long is his supposed to take to resolve? How frustrated should a customer be before you attend to complaints? When they're ready to cancel?
