Rain service is pathetic

I have been struggling with the wifi connection since last week thursday, I escalated the matter to Rain on Sunday, no one called me, until I called them on Monday to follow up on the query I logged. I was assisted by Josh with trouble shooting but the issue was persistance, he advised he logged a ticket with the technician who was come and assist with the query, I waited but no technician called or came to sort out the issue. I called this morning 03/09/2026 I was assisted by 3 different people who I asked to speak to the Manager with, I was told the manager will call me back in 25-30 mins each time I called but I did not receive the call from the Manager, The last call I made I requested for a refund of the premium I paid on the 26th August 2026 and a cancellation of the Rain subscription, the lady who assisted me (Leeann or Leena) was extremely rude and cut the call on me as I was speaking.

Rain service is pathetic.
