Rain service is getting worse every month

For the last 3-4 months rain 5g has been down in my area at least 3-4days every month. i have made calls & fb messages for this to be fixed & never have I ever been reimbursed for those days I spent without connection & this morning I wake up with rain having billed me R529 3times in 1day since when rain 5g cost R1500 per month. Bring back my money you fools. Bring back my money😡😡😡😡
