Rain service is beyond poor, it's appalling 👎😡

It's been over a period of two month trying to get assistance with connectivity. I'm on 5G yet my router is constantly indicating 4G. From time to time we are buffering on reliable sites like YouTube. I've opened tickets on their site so that I can get assistance and yet no one has made any contact to try and assist with this issue. Furthermore last month I requested a change of my billing date, an email was sent saying I must settle my current account first and they put up a note for billing date change, which I did. However this month the debit goes off on the same day as last month which means it was not changed. What's annoying is that I contacted rain and someone based India answers and is unable to change the billing date and is telling me the same thing they told me last month, I'm not crazy!!! I can't keep doing the same thing over and over hoping for a different result. This is incompetence at its best and quite frankly nonsensical and I'm tired of this shoddy services. What's even more distressing is the experiences I've had with one of the call center agents. The rudeness and lack of communication skills is on another level. This one agent told me that she is just a worker and don't make policies and has nothing further do for me. This is the kind of a company Rain is!!!

I've been upgrading my services for the last couple of years from 4g limited to 4g unlimited to 5g then rain one. Through out this times I've been patient with their poor service with the hope that they will improve, however it doesn't seem like it will, instead the service is getting worse and Im tired of this. Just today, I've been waiting for someone from billing to call me since 1pm it's now 8:00pm 8 hours turnaround time and yet still no one has called...Im appalled...
