Rain service is bad

Rain deducted a payment whereas i have canceleld my subscription,and when you query the reason they just hang up ,if you ask about the consultants for help they claim am oweing for what's exactly if i canceled their rain?They gave organized courior to cone collect yet they do not reply to my query since the 25th until today nothing Am so ****ed i wouldn't recommend Rain to anyone .There is nothing interesting or making sense they say on the line...am still waiting for my refund of R625 no reply from them nothing !no email reply nothing!
