Rain service is bad

Having alot of issues every month with them from debiting money from my account for other peoples wifi which they wont pay back now I'm having a issue where my wifi is off yet I paid on the 26th of August which was in advance how they billing me for August when we at the end or September I need help canceling they are taking to much money from my account and yet I dont have any internet connection
