I ordered a 4G unlimited sim card online and they debited R479 from my account, and when I check on my orders is says order awaiting payment. Like what the hell!!! I laid a complaint on their support services and I received an email saying they will assign an agent to assist in 24-48 hours and it has been a week now and I am still waiting for the agent to assist hence I am writing on hellopeter because I am fed up!
