Rain service ***********

I am so disappointed with rain we purchased rain just two days ago their wifi goes on and off when me and my spouse call customer care they always say the will excalate and nothing ever happens we paid for proper service and this service we received is the most unprofessional ever i would not recommend people to purchase rain internet service as thier network is bad
