Rain service in the East Rand is ridiculous

They have connection issues on the network. I am certain their towers bottleneck but they do not want to admit. I had some low connectivity via my device and when I send a support ticket they give me suggestions but now my Internet is non-existent after I have put it in the router as they suggested. I do not have any other options available at this point in time for Internet. What is weird is that the connection was fine when I was at my work before the Level 4 lock down in Bedfordview. I am certain there is a bottle neck at my nearest tower that is why it is trying to connect to a tower about 1 km or more away but they just do not want to admit it.
