Rain service HORRIBLE

I am so disappointed in rain. Before you sign up make sure you know what the product offers you, what the company offers you and also how desperate the company can get during horrible times

My wifi was paid for the Month of May 2020.. Suddenly my signal is not longer. Due to it being lockdown, the company only replies via email or messager. I tried to make contact with the company on all platforms. Now here is something I don't understand.. Rain takes there money for installments, but you get no signal. I called my Bank, asked about the rain purchase, the BANKED THE money too with a reference number that was provided to me by the BANK themselves. I just want to know as it's say 5 since I have had no service.. As it lockdown and I'm working from home and honestly, very disgusted in the service. Please communicate with your clients and not some snobby auto reply.. That's ******* on next leave.. I just want to know... HOW NOW RAIN?!!!
