Rain service ********** and information provided misleading

I bought my Rain simcard through Takealot. I tried to sign up for the R50/Gig option only but could not do so. I was told by their support desk to sign up for the uncapped option and will be able to remove the uncapped component directly after signing up.

When I tried to remove the component after signing up I could not. I was then told that I had to wait for the new month (1 May). Again I could not remove the uncapped component. I was then told to try a different browser and that did not work.

Rain sold me something that I did not want and keep telling me that I will be able to remove the component that I did not want which I still cannot do. I canceled the sim now after three weeks of trying to get support.

I am still shocked with the ********** service that Rain provided as well as the misleading information provided by them.
