I've been trying to get it change for the last 3 months to avoid falling into arrears.

My account is not in good standing because of the current date of payment. As I mentioned before that my account will be honoured if the date of the debit order is charged as per request. You mention that the service will be cut for THREE (3) days, which is ironic. My service gets cut for two (2) weeks every month. Hoping that you can understand my predicament

Payment will be made on the 1st of December 2023.
