Rain service delivery sucks

At first the speeds were great now it sucks when you do have connection. Lately I've been without connection for hours and hours then it became days. When you call in there the electronic answering and then it takes forever for your call to be attended to. My last call cost me R120.00 from my cell. Im cinstantly told yhat the tower i receive signal from is offline. We have 4 towers around us so why not bounce the signal off all the towers? When asked which tower is offline they refuse to provide the answer. This is a crock. Payment is debited without fuss but service delivery is most terrible. In the past month i have has numerous problems with data and this is totally unacceptable.
