Rain Service Delivery - None

I opened a new account with Rain on the 19th of December, and was told that it would take 3-5 Days for delivery. Tomorrow is the 31st. I did however call the Support number, on a couple of occasions, no one even answers the phone, I have also logged two calls via the App, but to no surprise, also no response. I am considering cancelling the contract before it even starts.
